The Journey

Do you find social standards challenging to live up to?

We must be outgoing, participate, happy, and quiet during difficult times. We are told introverted personality types will not succeed; we must stop being “weird” and get out of our comfort zone. And discussing mental health is a massive faux pas; our struggles either don’t exist, are a bid for attention, or will go away if we suppress them.

No. To all of it.

Introversion has many positive attributes to succeed in business, relationships and overall happiness.

And everyone struggles with mental health, whether it is for a short period or their whole lives. So it is natural, legitimate and can only improve when addressed directly.

This blog is committed to sharing the benefits of self-discovery, regular self-care practices and seeking professional help when needed.

I am in the midst of my journey to understanding everything I am capable of. And I want to share the journey with you.
